1. Who we are

Outsetblueprint is operated by a sole trader based in South Africa ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@outsetblueprint.com or via the contact form at outsetblueprint.com/contact.

2. What we sell

Outsetblueprint sells personalised digital learning blueprints ("blueprints"). Each blueprint is a custom document generated specifically for you based on the inputs you provide — including your location, skill level, goals, schedule, and budget.

Blueprints are:

• Generated on demand at the time of purchase
• Delivered as a private web link, active for 30 days from the date of generation
• Available to download as a PDF from within the web link at any time during the 30-day period
• Priced at USD 29.00 per blueprint, charged as a one-time payment
• Not a subscription and not automatically renewed

3. Before you buy

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood these terms in full
• Understood that your blueprint is a personalised digital product generated specifically for you and is therefore not eligible for a refund once generated, except as described in Section 5
• Understood that payment is processed by PayPal and is subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions
• Understood that the blueprint link is active for 30 days and that you are responsible for downloading a PDF copy if you wish to keep it permanently

4. What the blueprint is — and what it is not

Your blueprint is a personalised learning guide built around your inputs. It draws on generated content combined with research conducted at the time of generation.

The blueprint is:
• A practical, personalised starting point for learning and progression based on your stated situation
• A reference document to read alongside real-world experience
• Based on information available at the time of generation — conditions, prices, and local details may change

The blueprint is not:
• A substitute for professional instruction from a qualified coach or instructor
• A substitute for medical advice or professional guidance on injury management
• A guarantee of safety or fitness to participate in any activity
• A guarantee of accuracy of any specific local business, price, or location detail — we recommend verifying local information before relying on it

Activities covered by our blueprints may carry inherent physical risk. By purchasing a blueprint, you acknowledge that you participate in any such activity entirely at your own risk and that Outsetblueprint accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the information provided.

5. Refund policy

Successfully generated blueprints:
Blueprints are personalised digital products generated on demand. Once your blueprint has been generated and your link delivered, the service has been fully performed and no refund is available. This position is disclosed clearly before payment is taken and is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa) as it applies to digital goods delivered on demand.

Generation failures:
If your payment is successfully processed but your blueprint fails to generate — meaning you do not receive a plan link — you are entitled to a full refund. In this case:

1. Contact us via the contact form at outsetblueprint.com/contact as soon as possible
2. Include the email address used at purchase
3. We will investigate within 2 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method if the failure is confirmed

Partial or unsatisfactory blueprints:
If your blueprint generates but contains a significant error — for example, content that is clearly unrelated to your inputs — contact us and we will review the case. We may, at our discretion, offer a regeneration or a partial refund. This is assessed case by case and is not a general right.

What is not eligible for a refund:
• Dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or level of detail of a successfully generated blueprint
• A change of mind after generation
• Failure to download the PDF before the 30-day link expiry
• Inputs provided incorrectly by the customer that led to a plan that does not match your actual situation

6. Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay — you can check out as a guest using any major credit or debit card. We do not store your card or payment details. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. If you pay in a different currency, PayPal will apply its standard currency conversion at the rate applicable at the time of transaction. Outsetblueprint is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.

7. Link expiry and PDF responsibility

Your blueprint link is active for 30 days from the date of generation. After 30 days the link will no longer work and the blueprint data is permanently deleted from our systems.

It is your responsibility to download a PDF copy before the link expires if you wish to keep the blueprint permanently. The PDF download function is clearly signposted within the blueprint page. We do not store copies of generated blueprints beyond the 30-day period and cannot recover expired plans.

No refund or regeneration will be issued for failure to download a PDF before link expiry.

8. Intellectual property

The blueprint content generated for you is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish the content of your blueprint — in whole or in part — without our written permission.

The Outsetblueprint brand, generation system, and prompt methodology are the intellectual property of Outsetblueprint.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Outsetblueprint's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the blueprint in question (USD 29.00).

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including but not limited to: personal injury during any activity, loss of enjoyment, travel costs, purchases made in reliance on blueprint recommendations, or any other loss arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Outsetblueprint will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If you are a consumer based in another country, you may have additional rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction that these terms cannot override.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at outsetblueprint.com/terms with a revised date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify customers of material changes by email where we hold your address.
