Who we are

Outsetblueprint is an online service that sells personalised digital learning blueprints. You can contact us at hello@outsetblueprint.com.

What data we collect

When you purchase a blueprint, we collect:

• Your first name and email address
• Your inputs submitted via the purchase form (such as location, experience level, goals, schedule, and budget)
• Whether you have consented to marketing communications
• Payment transaction records (processed by PayPal — we do not store card details)

We do not collect your full name, physical address, or phone number.

How we use your data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To generate and deliver your personalised blueprint
• To email you your blueprint link approximately 5 minutes after purchase, as a backup in case you close the tab before downloading
• To understand how customers use our products and improve them over time
• To contact you about future Outsetblueprint products — only if you have explicitly opted in to marketing communications

Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing emails if you ticked the optional consent checkbox during purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@outsetblueprint.com with the subject 'Unsubscribe'. We will remove you from all marketing lists within 7 days.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be passed to the following services, solely to operate our products:

• PayPal — to process your payment (subject to PayPal's privacy policy)
• Airtable — where we store customer records securely
• Upstash — where your blueprint is stored temporarily
• Content generation infrastructure — to produce your personalised blueprint
• Resend — to deliver your blueprint link by email after purchase
• Meta (Facebook) — we use the Meta pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The pixel collects anonymised data about page visits and purchases. You can opt out via your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

Your blueprint is stored for 30 days after purchase, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Your customer record (name, email, form inputs, and marketing preference) is retained for up to 3 years for business records and product improvement purposes, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time
• Object to our processing of your data

Cookies

Outsetblueprint does not use tracking or advertising cookies of our own. We do not use Google Analytics or any first-party analytics. Session state for your purchase is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage and cleared after your blueprint is delivered.

We do use the Meta pixel, which sets a cookie (_fbp) used by Meta to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. You can opt out of Meta's use of this cookie via your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published at outsetblueprint.com/privacy with a revised date. We will notify customers of material changes by email where we hold your address.
